These Terms of Service outline the rules and guidelines for using our game. By accessing or using Kadi, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By downloading, installing, or playing Kadi, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. Use of the Game

   • You must be at least the digital age of consent in your country (typically 13 or 16) to access features that use Google Play Games Services. If you are under this age, you may still play Kadi without signing in, or you must have verified parental consent.
   • The game is for personal, non-commercial use only.
   • You agree not to misuse the game or exploit any bugs or vulnerabilities.

3. Google Play Services Integration

   • Kadi connects to Google Play Games Services (GPGS) for leaderboards, achievements, and cloud saves.
   • Your use of GPGS is subject to Google's own terms and policies.
   • We do not collect or store any personal information from GPGS.

4. Intellectual Property

   • All content, including graphics, sounds, and game mechanics, is the property of Kadi and protected by copyright laws.
   • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the game without our permission.

5. User Conduct

   • You agree to use the game responsibly and respectfully.
   • Any attempt to cheat, exploit, or disrupt the game may result in account suspension.

6. Subscription Terms

   • Subscription Access:

     Online multiplayer access is available through either utilizing your in-game Kadi Coins, purchasing Kadi Coins using in-app purchases (IAP), a Daily Pass, or a Monthly Pass, both of which are subscription options that do not renew automatically.

     Subscriptions also unlock premium features such as an ad-free experience. Playing with bots remains fully accessible without a subscription.

   • In-App Purchases (Kadi Coins):

     Players can purchase Kadi Coins through in-app purchases. These coins are used to access the online multiplayer section.

     Players can also earn Kadi Coins by playing offline with bots and use them to access online play, provided they have the required amount.

   • Billing and Renewal:

     The cost of each pass or in-app purchase is clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.

     Daily and Monthly Passes do not renew automatically. You can manually purchase a new pass at any time through the app or your Google Play account.

   • Changes to Subscription Terms:

     We may update subscription pricing, features, or in-app purchase options from time to time.

     Any changes will be clearly communicated before they take effect.

7. Limitation of Liability

   • The game is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
   • We are not liable for any damages or data loss resulting from your use of the game.

8. Updates and Changes

   • We may update the game and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the game constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

9. Termination

   • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the game if you violate these terms.
